Imagine walking through your city and discovering that somewhere between a square, a narrow street or a seaside promenade, a work of art has been hidden.
This is not a cash prize, nor a marketing campaign. Waiting for the lucky finder is a painting, a one of a kind artwork created by hand and destined to find a new home.
It is from this simple yet extraordinary idea that Seminiamo Arte was born, a project created by two young men from Abruzzo who decided to transform creativity into an act of sharing.
On one side is Samuel Art, whose real name is Gabriele Sichetti, the artist behind every artwork. On the other is Albeat, the stage name of Albert Sadikovic, the videomaker and digital soul of the project. Together, they have created something that goes far beyond social media and traditional artistic promotion.
They chose to bring art directly to people.
They call it the “Painting Hunt”.
The concept is simple. They arrive in a city and study its history, symbols and traditions. Samuel then creates an artwork inspired by that place, and once completed, the painting is hidden. From that moment, a collective search begins, guided by clues shared through social media.
Whoever finds it first gets to take it home for free.
Their idea is as simple as it is unusual: to bring art among people and let it find its way to those able to recognize and appreciate it.
Each painting tells the story of a city, a monument, a landscape or an identity. These are not merely artistic creations but small tributes that help people rediscover places, traditions and a sense of belonging.
The project has already crossed the entire Abruzzo region, telling the stories of dozens of towns through 72 artworks and involving hundreds of people in a journey that has transformed art into a shared experience.
Today the adventure continues through the Marche region, but the goal is much bigger: to travel across the whole of Italy, region by region and city by city.
There is another aspect that makes this initiative particularly special. Many of the artworks are not created on traditional canvases but on reclaimed materials that would otherwise be discarded. Old furniture panels, shelves, cabinet doors and other household elements are given a new life through color and creativity.
This philosophy also inspired “Restart With Art”, a parallel initiative that combines sustainability and artistic expression, demonstrating how something considered waste can be transformed into something valuable.
Over time, the project has attracted the attention of artists, athletes and public figures. From Nino D’Angelo to Massimiliano Allegri, from Eiffel 65 to Manuela Arcuri, many well known personalities have appreciated and supported their work.
Samuel’s artistic journey has also received important recognition, including the ENDAS Radici d’Abruzzo Award and the prestigious Italian Excellence Abroad Award presented in New York.
Yet perhaps the most meaningful reward is neither a trophy nor a certificate. It is the smile of someone who follows a clue, discovers a hidden painting and realizes that a stranger has decided to give them a piece of art.
Because, in the end, Seminiamo Arte does more than distribute paintings. It spreads stories, curiosity and a new way of looking at the places we pass through every day.
One painting at a time.
Immaginate di passeggiare per la vostra città e di scoprire che, da qualche parte tra una piazza, un vicolo o un lungomare, è nascosta un’opera d’arte.
Non si tratta di un premio in denaro, né di una trovata pubblicitaria. Ad attendere il fortunato vincitore c’è un quadro, un’opera unica realizzata a mano e destinata a trovare una nuova casa.
È da questa idea semplice e straordinaria che nasce Seminiamo Arte, il progetto creato da due giovani abruzzesi che hanno deciso di trasformare la creatività in un gesto di condivisione.
Da una parte c’è Samuel Art, all’anagrafe Gabriele Sichetti, l’artista che realizza ogni opera. Dall’altra Albeat, nome d’arte di Albert Sadikovic, videomaker e anima digitale del progetto. Insieme hanno dato vita a qualcosa che va oltre i social network e oltre la semplice promozione artistica.
Hanno scelto di portare l’arte tra le persone.
La chiamano “Caccia al Quadro”.
Funziona così: arrivano in una città, studiano la sua storia, i suoi simboli, le sue tradizioni. Samuel realizza un’opera ispirata a quel territorio e poi il quadro viene nascosto. Da quel momento inizia una vera e propria ricerca collettiva guidata dagli indizi pubblicati sui social.
Chi lo trova per primo lo porta a casa. Gratis.
La loro idea è semplice quanto insolita: portare l’arte tra le persone e lasciarla libera di incontrare chi saprà riconoscerla.
Ogni quadro racconta una città, un monumento, un paesaggio o un’identità. Non si tratta soltanto di opere artistiche, ma di piccoli omaggi che diventano strumenti per riscoprire luoghi, tradizioni e appartenenze.
Il progetto ha già attraversato l’intero Abruzzo, raccontando decine di località attraverso 72 opere e coinvolgendo centinaia di persone in un viaggio che ha trasformato l’arte in un’esperienza partecipata.
Oggi il percorso continua nelle Marche, ma l’obiettivo è molto più grande: attraversare tutta l’Italia, regione dopo regione, città dopo città.
C’è poi un altro aspetto che rende questa iniziativa ancora più speciale. Molte delle opere non nascono su tele tradizionali, ma su materiali recuperati e destinati allo smaltimento: vecchi pannelli, mensole, sportelli e componenti d’arredo trovano una nuova vita grazie al colore e alla creatività.
Da questa filosofia è nato anche “Restart With Art”, un messaggio che unisce sostenibilità e arte, dimostrando come ciò che viene considerato scarto possa trasformarsi in qualcosa di prezioso.
Nel tempo il progetto ha attirato l’attenzione di artisti, sportivi e personaggi pubblici. Da Nino D’Angelo a Massimiliano Allegri, dagli Eiffel 65 a Manuela Arcuri, sono numerosi i volti che hanno apprezzato e sostenuto il loro lavoro.
Anche il percorso artistico di Samuel ha raccolto importanti riconoscimenti, tra cui il Premio ENDAS Radici d’Abruzzo e il prestigioso Premio per le Eccellenze Italiane all’Estero ricevuto a New York.
Eppure, forse, il riconoscimento più bello non è una targa o un premio. È il sorriso di chi, seguendo un indizio, trova un quadro nascosto e scopre che qualcuno ha deciso di regalargli un pezzo di arte.
Perché, alla fine, Seminiamo Arte non distribuisce soltanto quadri: dissemina storie, curiosità e un nuovo modo di guardare i luoghi che attraversiamo ogni giorno.
